"Maybe I caught them on a bad day?"
I stopped in for lunch and felt like I was annoying the staff just by being there. They gave really short answers, no one seemed even slightly friendly, and my order felt rushed even though the place wasn’t busy. Maybe I’m being too sensitive or just caught them at a bad time, but it kind of ruined the meal for me. The food was fine, nothing special, but the whole vibe left a bad taste. I don’t think I’ll be going back anytime soon.

"Kind of hit or miss"
I’ve been here a few times, it’s never quite the same experience twice. Sometimes the pita is actually good, but other times it comes out soggy or barely filled. The sauces and toppings seem to change a lot too, even when I order the same thing. I still end up going back because it’s convenient and it can be decent, but I’ve kind of accepted that it’s a gamble each time.

"Customization Didn’t Really Meet My Expectations"
I tried placing an order and expected a bit more flexibility with the customization options. There just wasn’t much I could change the way I wanted to, which got kind of frustrating. For what I was hoping to do, it didn’t really feel worth it to me.

"Inconsistent from place to place"
I feel like this place tastes different depending on which location I go to. Maybe I’m just remembering the really good visits and forgetting the average ones, but it never seems totally the same from one spot to another

Maybe it’s just me, but the place felt way too loud and cramped. It also had a bit of a dirty feeling inside, which made it hard to really enjoy being there

"I used to be okay with the price..."
I used to be okay with the price, but lately it just feels too expensive for what you actually get. Maybe I’m just paying closer attention to where my money goes these days, groceries alone are wild right now, don’t even get me started, but this doesn’t feel worth it to me anymore. It’s not terrible or anything, I just can’t really justify the cost.

"Disappointing delivery this time"
I ordered from pitapit today, it just didn’t hit the way I expected. My pita showed up barely warm, and the fries were already cold, so it felt like the meal had been sitting around too long before it got to me. Maybe it was just an off day, but for me, it wasn’t worth it this time and I was disappointed.

"Bad Timing on My Part, I Guess"
I checked pitapit before heading over and it showed they were open, but when I got there the place was closed. Maybe I just caught them at a bad time, but it ended up wasting my lunch break, which was frustrating

"Slow Service for a Simple Order"
I waited almost 25 minutes for just one pita, and the place wasn’t even busy. Maybe it’s just how they usually operate, but based on this visit, the service felt slow and a bit frustrating.

"Vegan Ordering Was More Confusing Than It Should Be"
I tried ordering something vegan here, the whole process was confusing. I like to know what I’m eating before I order, especially with sauces, but it was hard to tell which ones were actually vegan. The staff didn’t seem totally sure either, so I didn’t feel confident taking a chance. I ended up playing it safe with a plain pita, but for what it cost, it didn’t really feel worth it.

I might’ve just gone at a bad time, but the menu felt limited when I was there. I looked through it a couple times and nothing really grabbed me, so I ended up getting bored with the options fast

"Awkward lunch experience"
I stopped in hoping to grab a quick lunch, but the staff made it feel like I was bothering them just by being there. No greeting, super short answers, and the whole vibe was just kind of "rude." The food was fine, I guess, but the service made the whole thing feel awkward. I’m definitely not in a "rush" to go back.

"Pretty disappointing pita"
I was looking forward to it, but the pita tasted kind of old and dry. At first I thought maybe it would still be okay, but then it started falling apart while I was eating it, which was just frustrating. I really wanted to like it, but for me, it’s not something I’d order again.

"Wouldn’t order from here again"
I wasn’t happy with the experience overall. Not saying it’s a scam, but it definitely didn’t feel worth the money to me. I expected better and probably wouldn’t order again.

"Late order and got bounced around"
They took my money right away, but my order still showed up late. When I tried to get an update, I kept getting transferred from one person to another, which just made the whole thing even more frustrating. Not a great experience

"Portion was way smaller than expected"
I ordered a regular pita and it felt like half the size of what I used to get. There was barely any meat, only a few toppings, and it was mostly just wrap. I still paid full price, which was frustrating, and I was hungry again about an hour later. I also felt like nobody really read or paid attention to what I asked for. Definitely not worth it if the portions are going to be this small

"No Real Care for Allergies"
I was disappointed with how they handled allergies. I mentioned it clearly, but it didn’t really feel like anyone took it seriously or checked anything properly. When you have an allergy, you just expect a bit more care, you know? It left me feeling really uneasy, and honestly.....

"Packaging Could Be a Lot Better"
I ordered from pitapit.ca the packaging didn’t really meet my standards. The bag felt cheap, and by the time my food arrived, it was all squished. Some sauce had leaked too, so everything ended up messier than it should’ve been. For a simple food order, I expected it to be packed a bit more carefully. They really need to improve the packaging.

"Pretty dissapointed with the support"
I had a problem with my order and thought it would be something easy to sort out. I messaged them and the replies took forever, and when they did answer it was basically the same thing over and over, not really fixing anything. In the end nothing was solved and it kinda felt like they just wanted me to stop messaging. Really dissapointing experiance, I don't think I'll order from pitapit.ca again

"Not Much to Choose From"
I was disappointed with my order. For a place that’s all about building your own pita, the sauce and topping options felt really limited and kind of boring. The sauces I actually wanted weren’t even available, and the toppings looked super basic. On top of that, the reminders to finish/order felt way too aggressive, which just made the whole experience more annoying. I probably won’t bother ordering again.
